I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). My research explains why breakthrough innovation is rare, and how organizations can design better discovery processes, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical industry. I teach courses on strategy and innovation, with an emphasis on the pharma and health sciences sectors.
I have a Ph.D. from IESE Business School with summa cum laude distinction. Prior to my academic career, I worked as a strategy and innovation consultant for various multinational companies.
Outside academia, I am an irredeemable amateur rock-n-roll performer, hopeless aspirant road cyclist, enthusiastic wine lover, and stargazer storyteller.
